Na Bonsai is a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and graphic-score composer based in Detroit, MI. Her music re-imagines popular genres fusing neo-soul with afro-futuristic and electronic sounds. She recently released the single “Planet Paralysis” in November following EP releases “Alkhemy” and “Inner Magic”. From early beginnings as founder and composer of indie-soul band Honey Monsoon, Na Bonsai has quickly grown to be a defying voice in modern music. The central force of emotionalism in her work is an honest and refreshing approach to emergent music. She has collaborated as a sound artist in audio engineering, music production, and music supervision.
